Welcome Zion Reed
Zion was born in Birmingham around 15 weeks early. She was 1 pound 10 ounces. Zion has lost 4 ounces since birth. She has been fighting hard to breath on her own. The doctors were very pleased with how strong she is at this size. Zion has been going back and forth between the ventilator and a cpap machine. In the NICU things change constantly. Things can be looking so great and change so quickly, this is a scary feeling for parents. We know that our Mighty and Awesome God is in control of this situation and that He is the Great Physician. Please pray for daily improvements for Zion and strength and comfort for DJ, Daymesha, and the rest of Zion's family. Pray that Zion will gain weight and be able to stablize her breathing without the use of a ventilator. We are praising God for the amazing birth of this precious little girl and give Him the glory for what He is doing in the life of the Reed family.

Baby Zion is of great value in God´s sight so continue to hold on to the belief that even greater miracles are in store for her! May God continue to strenghten, comfort and guide you. GrandMa's Little Precious Miracle Grand-daughter now weights 11 lbs.. to God be all the Glory and Praise for what is doing.. God is still a God of miracles in this season.
